We’re born with the four Personal Brilliance catalysts – Awareness, Curiosity, Focus, and Initiative in full strength. However, the ‘stand in line’, ‘don’t chew gum’, ‘only speak when spoken to’ rules we encounter as children tend to tarnish these natural catalysts.
